Build the proper foundation from day one with the Beginner Training Program.

Our beginner training sessions offer an introduction to strength and conditioning training combined with speed and agility training. Many young athletes lack the proper training needed to move and use their bodies efficiently and safely. Our goal is to give athletes a better understanding of how to properly use their bodies for athletic performance, resulting in confidence in both their sport and any physical activity.

We specialize in athletic performance training for kids ages 5th grade and up. We proudly train students from all over central Iowa including athletes from ADM, Waukee, Earlham, Panora, Winterset, Van Meter and West Des Moines communities.

Beginner Training Program Focus:

  • Proper functional movement patterns

  • Proper running, jumping, and landing mechanics

  • Improved agility, balance, and body control

  • Proper, safe weight lifting techniques

  • 6,400 square feet of training space

  • Power Lift Rack and Platform Stations

  • Dumbbells for auxiliary lifting

  • Trainer cable machines

  • Dual Stack Functional Training Units

  • Adjustable Plyometric Boxes

  • Glute-Ham Machines

  • TRX Suspension training area

Through participation in our beginner training program, athletes build the foundation needed to progress to the advanced training program.
