Adult Fitness Classes

Forever Strong offers adult fitness classes that incorporate full-body workouts via H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training). Class size is kept small to ensure you receive coaching support and assure that lifts and movements are being performed properly and safely. Adult fitness classes last 30 to 35 minutes for time efficiency. Workouts are developed weekly and packed with variety to eliminate the burn-out of doing the same thing week-in and week-out.

Classes are held weekday mornings.

Members of adult classes have the opportunity to participate in testing periods to track progress in overall strength, speed and agility, weight and body fat percentage.
