We’re passionate about athlete development
with a proven track record of success.
Helping athletes reach goals since 2008.
Our training center is new, but the program isn't. We started working with athletes in 2008 in a backyard garage style gym famously known as BBJ. As athlete participation increased, we saw a growing need in our community for specialized athletic enhancement training. In 2016, we took our proven training programs to the next level as Forever Strong Training Center was established in conjunction with a brand new training facility.
When joining our training programs, athletes become a part of our Forever Strong family. We are fully invested and dedicated to each individual athlete that comes through our doors. We celebrate each athlete’s success inside the gym and out and take pride supporting our athletes in all aspects of life.
Forever Strong Training Center Philosophy
Our one of a kind training program is designed to improve athletes of all shapes and sizes. Athlete’s that participate will improve overall strength and power, flexibility and mobility, coordination, balance and motor skills, speed and agility, total core development, and partake in injury prevention measures. Simply put, participants will improve overall athleticism. Athletes new to training will be introduced to age appropriate exercises until they progress to more advanced training techniques. Safety and proper lifting/exercise technique is our number one concern while training.
Speed and Agility Training
Athletes who participate will focus on sharpening the skills necessary to prepare for the speed of competitive sport. The principles that will be focused on are straight line speed development, deceleration, first step quickness, reactive quickness, explosiveness, body control and coordination, change of direction and agility, and proper running mechanics. The measures taken will help improve the movements and speed of athletes, as well as aid in injury prevention.
Strong Body. Strong Mind.
Athletes will be pushed both physically and mentally each and every training session. The mental side of sport, competition and life are often overlooked during training, but NOT HERE. Athletes will learn how to push past mental walls and exceed their own expectations. They will learn to continue to push and work hard when the going gets tough, embrace failure as an opportunity to grow, set short-term and long-term goals, learn the importance of consistency and become strong, young leaders.
